Seeing a Darkened Snapshot with a “Live View” Button?
If you tap on a motion detection alert immediately after receiving a notification, you may see a darkened snapshot of the recording with a large Live View button instead of a playable video. This just means the video is still recording or processing.
This feature is designed to help you jump straight to the live view so you can see what’s happening in real time. The recorded video will become available shortly after it finishes saving.
To view the event playback:
- Simply wait a moment, then refresh the Events list.
- Once the recording is fully processed, it will appear and play normally.
