Just signed up for Lorex Cloud Storage? Follow these quick steps to get started and get the most out of your cloud storage!
Before you sign up: Ensure that your camera supports Lorex Cloud Storage (for current supported models please refer to Lorex Cloud Storage: Frequently Asked Questions)
- Navigate to the Subscription Management Portal, and log in using the same credentials as your Lorex App account or Lorex.com account.
- From the Subscription Management Portal, tap Add a New Plan.
- Select which cameras you would like the plan to apply to and tap Select Devices and Continue.
- Select a cloud storage plan, and then tap Select Plan and Continue.
- Follow the steps to complete the checkout, and then tap Continue to activate Lorex Cloud Storage to return to the Subscription Management Portal. Tap
> My Subscriptions. You should now see your new cloud subscription.
- Under
you can tap Manage Subscription to assign specific cameras to your cloud storage plan. Once you have added your cameras to your plan, tap Save to begin using your Lorex Cloud Storage!
- From your Lorex app, you should now be able to see your active subscriptions by going to Settings > Lorex Cloud Storage.
Please note: To use Lorex Cloud Storage, you must be on Lorex app version 5.1 or newer, and ensure that your device is on the latest available firmware. In the Lorex app Home tab, tap > Firmware to check the status of your camera's firmware and update it.
