Installation & Setup
How do I reset the camera?
Resetting the camera can resolve most common issues.
- Keep the camera plugged in and powered on.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the Reset/MicroSD cover.
- If needed, unmount or adjust the camera to access the reset button.
- Use a pin or paperclip to gently press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
- Release the button when you hear an audio prompt and see a flashing green light.
How do I power on the camera?
To power on the camera:
- Connect the included USB cable to the provided power adapter.
- Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- The camera will power on, indicated by the Smart Security Light and a startup sound.
How do I mount and position the camera?
Follow these best practices for mounting and positioning:
- Height: About 10 ft (3 m) above ground
- Angle: Tilt between 15–30° downward
- Distance: Place 22–65 ft (7–20 m) from the monitoring area

- Zone Management Tools:
- Clear: Remove all zones.
- Reset: Return to default zone settings.

How do I enable lighting when motion is detected?
Set up lighting to automatically turn on when smart motion is detected.

To play:
- From your camera's Live View: Tap the Response button

To record a custom message:
